As an HOA Board member, I wanted to share our experience when we lost hot water in January for 15 units around 6 PM—right when it was too cold for a cold shower. When I went to check, I found that the hot water heater was off and displaying an error indicating that the system had gone into "lockout" mode for safety reasons, requiring an authorized service technician to restore functionality.
I contacted several plumbing companies, and PDS Plumbing and Air was the only one able to come out that evening to assess the issue. Around 9:00 PM, Joshua T. arrived, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a repair estimate. I approved the repair, and he returned the next day with the necessary parts (motherboard, purge valve, cleaned duct vent with debris).
Shoutout to Joshua T. for making us feel like a priority! By 1 PM the next day, we had hot water...
