Marcelino was great! He was incredibly knowledgeable. He installed a hand held bidet. Marcelino explained the steps before he did the project. He was very thorough. I was able to get an appointment for the same day. The fee to have my thankless water heater flushed was extremely manageable, I'm a recent widow budgeting with one salary. The technician, Andrew, called with an ETA and was on time. He was polite, respectful, effective and efficient. I will be posting his business card on our community Facebook page.
