We are very satisfied with our first cleaning by Platt Services ... Erin was friendly and efficient, and thorough, (as was Andy, the lady who joined her later)... plus they were at ease with our active 10 pound maltipoo....
We certainly are intending to continue with Platt Services on a regular basis....
Another plus for this service is the friendly and very helpful lady named Sonya, who usually handles incoming calls and inquiries. ... so, yes, I do wholeheartedly recommend Platt Cleaning Service.

Platt Services did a deep cleaning of our home today to prepare this house for regular scheduled cleaning.. INow with working 7 days a week remotely , it has been 5 years since this house has gotten cleaned so thoroughly. Today we were blessed with the owners doing the hard work to make it fresh and clean but they are both such miracle workers. Wish had before and after photos!

110% recommend!! Stress free scheduling, nothing hidden as the owner lays it all out on what to expect! I received reminder notices prior to the day of and on the day of my appointment, I received a text informing the crew was about 20 mins out! So impressed and after the initial cleaning, I’ve scheduled them monthly!!

Katie and her team were diligent, detail-oriented, timely, professional, and communicative during their initial cleaning of my house. Corners, top shelves, and all of those little spots that I always think "need to magic erase that" were spotless after their cleaning.

This was my first experience with a house cleaner, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I can assure you that what Platt Services says on their website is what you'll get--timely, professional services and all they need is access to your house and a vacuum (makes sense why--just ask).

I work from home and was a little nervous about interruptions. All of that worry was for naught. Katie and her team kindly cleaned my office last only after asking if it was a good time for me to move into the kitchen...

They did a great job! I had a stain in the tub that I could never get out and they got it out! They were also very nice and professional.
