Jason and his team did an excellent job. They went above the beyond and took the time needed to get the job done right. He cleaned a bird's nest from the back window and our front doorway with no extra charge. My concrete walkway was done for an extra charge of $40.00, and they were able to get the grass stains off. This is the second time in two years that I've used Pinnacle power washing. I have white vinyl siding and for 20 years my husband did the power washing but he is getting too old to be going up extension ladders! The house looks great for two years after it is powerwashed. Everything below still holds true! Jason was just out to my house again, and it looks amazing. He even washed my street-facing vinyl fence sections and a small concrete pad on the side, just because. Jason is one of few contractors that deliver exactly what they explained (and more), is reasonably priced, and everything done with a pleasant demeanor. I will continue to recommend Pinnacle going forward.
