I am very pleased with the job that Steven Nelson did on my carpets. He removed the pet stains that I thought were permanent. As promised the carpets were dry in less than two hours. A friend of my wife and myself will be visiting today. I will shown her the house and give her one of Stevens cards, I am now one of his first class fans.

We recently held our wedding reception at our home. Having our living room carpet cleaned was the last thing on my mind. However as I thought about it more, having a toddler and a cat a while back we decided that it needed to be done. Pima Cleanpro came out last minute without hesitation and without giving us a run around. Steven was prompt and gave me a quick estimate. He even cleaned it the same day! He was here for maybe an hour, and the drying time was quick! I loved how he and his wife Leanna explained how the process works and how it’s much safer and better for your carpets than a regular carpet cleaner. You can tell they truly care about the safety of your home, especially us having a little one and not using ANY chemicals! Thank you both so much! I will be definitely using them for my tile and the rest of the carpets in our home. Highly recommended !

I had Steven from Pima Cleanpro come to my house in Vail AZ to clean my carpet tile and rugs. I have three dogs and a cat that trashbthe house daily. I left him therecwent to work and when i cam home i was in shock! The house was beautiful. Completely heloed woth my husbands and mother in laws allergies. Whenni walked in the smell as i opened the door was phenomenal! I will use him again amd again. Super respctful young man and attention to detail. Great job love you guys!!!!!!

After seeing the dramatic results at the edge of the kitchen tile, we ended up having the entire area done. It all turned out really nice and looks much better than when we had it done previously by another company. The grout and tile look brand new and we’re really pleased with the results.
