What a wonderful experience. The service tech that came to my home Steven, sent me a text the day before reminding me of my appointment. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up the exact minute he said he would. He was clean and professional and courteous. His work is impeccable. He does quality work for a fair price. I will be using this company again and again. I don't usually make referrals but in this case I will be referring him to my friends and my family. My floors haven't looked this good since they were installed.

Pima Cleanpro did an excellent job with my carpet and rug cleaning. There were several stains on the carpet and he was able to get them all out. The carpet looks fantastic and even smells good. Very pleasant and professional. I will be using them again!

Steven from cleanpro did my apartment carpet and tile as well as my moms carpet and two rugs. I was extremely happy with the process and the end result! It’s been 4 days and my carpet is sooo soft and fluffy and beautiful. Like new. And I’m extremely happy with the tile. My grout was almost black and now it’s white again. My mom brags about her rugs and how much brighter they are. The process was wonderful as the carpet was dried super quick. Other carpet cleaners leave your floors soaked for hours and it’s hard to stay out of the home until it’s all dry. I will be calling Steven and clean pro again for my next cleaning! Oh and the smell was amazing, I had added odor eliminator because I had cat pee issues and I haven’t smelled the cat pee again and like I said, it’s been 4 days!!!!
