David recently did a home inspection on a home we are looking to buy. He arrived on the day and time agreed upon. David was Fast, efficient and thorough in the inspection. He walked us around the house and the out building to point out the issues and solutions. All of our questions were answered. It was nice to receive the inspection results immediately after it was complete. The onsite printer and binder were a good touch. He documented each issue and advised how immediate the repairs should be. It was a good experience and I would recommend David and his services.

As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated that David took the time to walk me through the entire inspection with him. He pointed out things that weren't inspection related but could affect the house later on (taking down vines on some nearby trees, etc.) It was also nice to get the report printed and handed over onsite.
