With a short due diligence period written into our contract, the first positive checkmark with Pillar to Post was a next-day inspection. The inspection was thorough and the inspector briefed my buyer at the end of his inspection, pointing out the items he found as well as showing the new buyer where important items were, such as the water cut-off valve, HVAC systems filters, and the electric breakers. Add to that a thorough written report the same day and all I can say is, David Fields and his team ROCK!

Pillar To Post Home Inspectors are the best. I gave them a ten for the outstanding job that was performed on the house I was purchasing. Jay was on time, he was very courteous, and thoughtful. The inspection that he performed was undeniably thorough. The explanation of his findings was presented so well and without rushing that there was no needed for questioning. However, should I have had any questions he was willing to answer them all. When the inspection was complete, I was presented with a professional notebook along with his business card containing all the information that had been discussed, including pictures, concerning the inspection. This is the company you are looking for!

We used Pillar to Post for a pre-list inspection on a home we sold earlier this year. David is very professional and provides very detailed reports that enabled us to get in front of potential problems that might impact the sale of our home. We decided to use P2P again on our new home, which is under construction. We were again very pleased with the response, professionalism and diligence demonstrated by the P2P team. We have one more final pre-close inspection on our new construction home and we will most likely use David and his team again for that.
