We found PI Pest Investigators through a on-line referral service as we were new to the area and did not know anyone. From the day we met Matt (we interviewed 3 services before making our decision) we knew that his was the company to use. We had purchased a long unloved house and cottage that had issues with mice, ants, spiders and termites (though not in the house). Matt took care of everything! He and Tiffany are always prompt, responsive, and super friendly. We are going on our 3ed season and expect to have a long relationship with PI Pest Investigators as we will maintain our yearly service. While pest management may be something people don't like to talk about, it is very important, especially here on the Cape. Absolutely amazing company. I recently had a issue with carpet beetles and the start of fleas. The owner was polite, took the time to explain what he was going to be doing and any restrictions and after care. I immediately knew my home was in good hands. I know having a stranger in my home while I'm out would make anyone a little uneasy. Not at all in this case. The comfort of hiring a trusting professional who got the job done right and at a amazing rate is PRICELESS.
