This company was recommended to me, I believe it’s a husband and wife team. I really prefer to support local family owned businesses and they were friendly when hired. I could hear mice in my walls. Matt was prompt in coming out and setting traps in house. They offered a one time service or annual service so I paid for the annual. Three months later I heard the mice in the walls again and saw one run through kitchen. Matt came out, checked the bait stations and most were intact. He said if it’s squirrels or other rodents you’d need to get someone else. Six month later I saw mice run under the front portch and had to wait longer for Matt to return. Two of the indoor bait had been eaten and he refilled them. He could not determine how they were getting in the house. I read wonderful reviews about P.I. Investigators, Matt and Tiffinay. I'm happy to say that I meet Matt recently to get a quote and have him investigate our property. He was work right away and we didn't have to wait for another appointment! I love that they are a local company to the Dennis area. It gives us some security knowing that we can call Tiffany and she will be able to give us an appointment within a couple of days not weeks or months like some companies that are country wide.
