Very happy with our residential renovation from the Philip Edward Contracting team! We have been enjoying our updated bathroom and the Philip Edward team did a great job.

My insurance agent recommended Phillip Edward Contracting to replace my roof and gutters that had been damaged by hail. Phil came out, showed us an assortment of roofing styles and colors, as well as gutter colors. Work was scheduled, materials were delivered, and everything went smooth and without issue. The crew cleaned up all of the tear-off well. Phil stayed in constant contact with me, and was very quick to respond anytime I had a question or issue that needed his attention. When all was done, my house looks great!!! I am very pleased with Phillip Edward Contracting, and highly recommend them.

I recently had a total loss and I was blessed enough to come in to contact with Philip Edward and his team. He not only saved me from potentially making a huge mistake on something I was completely unaware of, but has also done everything in his power to make this process smooth and stress-free! I have worked with a lot of contractors in my 13 plus years in the real estate industry, and I must say this company is first class! The team they have here made my life so much easier in an industry where finding reliable and honest contractors is a unicorn. My favorite part is that they were a one stop shop. Instead of having to call and take time off work to meet with dozens of people and strangers coming through my house, they did it all. There are many choices when shopping, and I must say you will not regret hiring this company. I will be referring them to all my clients moving forward as well as my first when it comes to my personal home or business.

I highly recommend using Philip Edward Contracting. Our roof had damage from a hail storm when I reached out to Phil. After taking a look at the roof they helped us through the process of filing a claim, working with the adjuster and getting us a new roof as quickly as possible. Overall it was a very easy and straightforward process.

Our roof sustained substantial damage from a hail storm which meant we needed a replacement. These things never happen at the best time and replacing a roof can be a messy experience if you are not with the right company. Phil and the PM James were an ease to work with. They were accommodating to our availability, set expectations clearly, professional, and did an amazing job communicating with us. The roofing team was on time and did a great job keeping our yard clean. We had such a positive experience, we are looking into additional work for our deck and windows.

We had almost started with a few other companies before turning to Philip Edward, but I’m very glad that’s where we ended up. They had the experience we needed, and are just good people on this Earth. It was so comforting to find someone we could trust and who wouldn’t take either take advantage of us or leave us hanging. The whole team from the secretary to the project managers are polite, friendly, and very responsive always.

I have used this contractor for major (sunroom & master bath)and minor (exterior home repairs) renovations for several projects over the past 10 years. Phil Traylor, David Clack & Miguel did an outstanding job on my most recent project. Rebuilding a deck & stairs that were not built correctly from the start. There were a few challenges to work around but because of the years of knowledge these men have… they knocked it out if the park and gave me exactly what I had in mind. Let me start off by saying, I am extremely happy with the end result. My project was to have my fascia, soffit, and gutters repaired. We had several areas of rotten wood that needed to be replaced. All of this was communicated with sales and the crew. The project started out very rocky and continued down a slippery slope with the first crew I had my project. Each attempt to correct the mistakes resulted in other mistakes being made and many frustrated conversations with the Project Manager (Matt). After an area needed to be redone for a fourth time, I reached out to the owner with hopes to get this would be corrected properly or get a refund to have this corrected by another company.
