I rented a Mechanical Bull Shark from Phantom Entertainment for our wedding this weekend and it was a HUGE hit! The ride operator arrived and set up on time and packed up and left right when he was supposed to. All of our guests had a ton of fun, and it really was the talk of the party! Prior to my event date, I had a conversation on the phone with Taylor who helped arrange my whole contract. They sent a confirmation email a couple of days prior to my event as well. I was provided with liability insurance when I asked, and they followed my instructions very well. It made for a memorable experience!
