My experience here today with Nicky was literally above and beyond my expectations. He continuously informed me of things I was completely confused about and thought I already knew the answers to. He broke everything down in the most simple way possible but without being judgemental. His awesome attitude and knowledgeable insights the entire length of our call made my day. I applied for this consultation because of an infomercial I saw and most certainly received the assistance from this associate that I was promised if I gave them some of my time. I'm definitely bummed I wasn't able to become an actual client today but now I know exactly where I'm going when I am able to make the commitment. I would LOVE to be a part of his petition for teaching about credit importance in schools, if that, I mean when that happens. Overall, I give Nicky 6 out of 5 stars for his wonderful attitude, his incredible knowledge, his patience, his ability to properly inform without making me feel judged, and lastly, because he made me feel like he really cared about my struggles and wanted to help, that is the most important part. I've never been more pleased with or had such an informative conversation with about my credit, than my conversation with Nicky. I now have my own personal credit advisor for life! What a relief!
