Pro: The customer service reps are friendly and I haven't experienced anything negative with them. I have spoken with Dayana a few times and she is very friendly and kind. She and the other reps end the phone call after you're satisfied and understand with questions answered.
I also like how they offer you a lot of incentives to pay your fee down quicker and way less than its original balance. That is pretty cool.

Con: Waiting for almost an hour to speak with someone can be frustrating. I had the call on speaker as I waited doing chores but still thats a long time.

Top flight assistance Is a wonderful credit repair service. Just spoke with someone today about what they are actually doing for me and she told me about things that were deleted from my credit report and where my scores are now what I can to Help BUILD because let’s be honest trying to fix your credit on your own is seriously not even realistic! trust me I tried it! I am happy that I decided to come to top-flight I couldn’t be happier with my results! Would recommend
