I think one of the first steps besides seeing an ad is customer service. TJ helped me in the beginning process and was very informative. I felt like I was literally getting guidance with a friend with knowledge in which he was discussing with me. I felt comfortable and also really excited. I still am very excited to work with top flight on my credit score. However I have to say, TJ helped with that process in informing me about all of the things that can be targeted off my report with no issues! Thank you TJ!
