I was driving home from another soul sucking day in the heat and the soot from work, when i missed the call for the appointment my bro had set up for me with a cool company he had seen online, knowing we need every break we can get... so I called the number back and put my phone on my knee with the speaker on, so I could listen to the awesome music... well, after a few relaxing moments, on the organ, then Robert came on, and right from the start I could tell he was there to help as much as he can... thanks yall for the help lifting burdens, and relieving stress

If it wasn't for the work done by Kyomara Jordan, I would have cancelled my service. She worked hard to resolve some major concerns that I have concerning the total lack of communication and how my experience with top flight has been. I declined to bash you all on public forums on how bad my experience has been, but hopefully you all would work to be a lot more proactive when it comes to communicating with your clients and resolving problems with accounts.

I think one of the first steps besides seeing an ad is customer service. TJ helped me in the beginning process and was very informative. I felt like I was literally getting guidance with a friend with knowledge in which he was discussing with me. I felt comfortable and also really excited. I still am very excited to work with top flight on my credit score.
