We have trusted Cynthia from Pets of Perfection with our pet babies for at least 10 years. Our animals look forward to seeing her & totally recognize her name when we mention they get to go see her that day. Our fur babies have always been treated with the utmost care and that’s why we will always use Cynthia! She loves our babies just like her own and we never have to worry about them being mistreated while under her care. Cynthia has a true gift for taking care of our animals and that makes us feel so comfortable leaving them with her! Never have had a mishap! We love Cynthia & so do our fur babies!!! No matter how Lucy is feeling that day, Cynthia can adapt to her needs, which I understand is outrageous for Lucy being a dog, but with Lucy, it is either her way or the highway as many can attest. I began to love Pets of Perfection when Lucy was having bad allergies and Cynthia said she will do everything she can to get to the bottom of it, whether it was changing her bathing products to oat-based products or using different conditioners, or different perfumes or food. Love this place. My dogs do too!

We take Minnie and Shaggy for grooming and boarding here. It is the cleanest and nicest boarding/kennel I have taken my dogs to. They actually get excited when we get to the house for boarding. Thank you for taking such great care of our dogs.

Cynthia Webb is a great groomer and my mentor. I always enjoy returning to help from time to time. The shop is always clean and she handles the dogs and cats efficiently and safely. I have learned so much from her over the years of our friendship, but I will never possess the wonderful grooming skills she was born with. Midlothian is blessed to have her in their community.

We have two large huskies and that means lots of hair. They always look and smell fabulous after their visit. Pets of Perfect has set the bar high - we used them five years ago and then moved out of state. I was so excited when we moved back so they could go see Cynthia and her staff. Our dogs love them!

I'm not sure of the comment made by Pamela Motely because my dog is a nipper also. It's amazing with the way the owner Cynthia (the blonde), and her staff work with my dogs behavior. My dog has become one of the special cases so I stay while Cynthia patiently works on him. All I know is I wouldn't take my dog any place else because I appreciate Cynthia's expertise and wouldn't trust anyone else.

I have one dog that is groomed monthly, and two others that have been boarded multiple times. Cynthia and the entire staff at Pets of Perfection have always been friendly and my dogs LOVE them. The groom shop and the boarding facility are always clean and well kept. My dogs look great when they leave, no matter what style we are going with. The first time that I left my 75lb, very nervous, 7 year old dog to be boarded, for his first time ever, I went to pick him up and he wanted to stay. I was completely sold after that.

I am new to the area and have been taking my dogs to see Cynthia for over a year. They are very professional, kind and caring to the pets in their care and their owners. I would trust them with my dogs anytime.

I have used Pets of Perfection for years. Locally owned and no use to leave town for your pets needs. They can be met right here!! Great service and they are great with everyone's beloved fur babies.

First timers and will definitely be back! Staff was great, dogs looked great, great prices and found out they offer a boarding service for a very reasonable price!

My baby loves going for his bath and nail trim every 3 weeks....He refuses to let me do him at home...... Love that place and the people who work there�

We have been taking our pets for grooming to Cynthia for 8+ years - 2 - 5# Yorkshire Terriers and a Pug! We are always very happy with the Yorkies haircuts and the Pug's grooming! She is very kind and gentle with our animals! She has expanded her expertise to kenneling pets. We have used this service several times and we would not take our pets anywhere else! Our pets are always well cared for! Thank you Cynthia and staff!

We have used Cynthia for years to groom and board our cocker spaniels. She does an amazing job and we know our dogs are in great hands. She recently gave our puppy her first haircut, our puppy was nervous at first but Cynthia made feel comfortable and she gave her an adorable first cut! So thankful we found pets of perfection!

My Maine Coon kitten went here for her first cut today and she looks absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you soooo much!!

We recently had to stay at a hotel while our home was being finished. We boarded our puppy with Cynthia and she had a blast!! Almost like a puppy vacation!! We will trust her with all of our animals❤️

We have boarded our two dogs A couple of times with Cynthia are dog Lucky the first time was a little aggressive, but Cynthia was very kind and said she was happy to keep them again. I would recommend pets of perfection for your animal needs.

The owner is really nice but I wasn't overly impressed when I got my dogs back. The first time I wasn't told I had to bring my own dog food which is fine but I had to deal with scours in one of them. I was just used to boarding at a facility where they provided science diet to those who chose not to bring dog food. The second time, however, I went to pick up my dogs and she started handing me the wrong overnight doggie bag. Both dogs came home with scours for the next week. Cause was unknown. It's worth the gamble as she has a clean facility and flexible hours.

The owner takes pride in what she does and goes the extra mile to keep in contact with customers over any concerns they may have.
