I am new to the area and I needed my baby fully cared for. She is a special needs girl and has horrible separation anxiety. I thought I might have to drive 2 hours back to where I always take her. But I took a chance and read all the reviews. When reading reviews you have to remember there are always details that go with the facts that are often missed. So I took a chance. When I took her in she did not have the negative reaction she usually does when she knows I am going to leave her. The foyer of the business was full of regular pets coming in a none of them appeared anxious. They were wagging their tails and comfortable in their surroundings. Took my cocker spaniel for the first time and things went really well! They have an 8am drop-off time that wasn't too convenient with schedule today, but they were flexible enough to switch to 9am. My pup gave me good vibes because he seemed ready to go behind the gate. It worked out to where they called before 2pm for his pickup. It's still so hot, so I asked for just an allover short cut but I like his ears long. He looked good! His ears were trimmed to where he looks like he has a bob but it wasn't drastic. We'll go back!

I took my 10 year old Great Pyrenees to Pets of Perfection. I knew there was a possibility he would have to be shaved b/c he had mats. He has been an outside working dog for 10 years and has been brushed but never groomed. I recently moved to the area and this place was referred to me. I tried to get him groomed before we moved from the Waco area, but could not get anyone to call me back when I mentioned he was a Pyrenees. Pets of Perfection answered immediately. The owner has a Pyr so I felt comfortable taking him there. I was nervous leaving him b/c he does not like to be messed with at all and he needed to be shaved for his health. He was not happy. The owner allowed me and my son to come back with him while she worked on him b/c he was VERY difficult.
