I can't say enough good things about both the customer service and the workmanship. I sent an Inquiree and got a response in a very timely fashion from Rob that I was not expecting. Muharem was awesome when he came out. He was excellent with explaining what he was going to do, excellent with our dog, and he was excellent with the training and answering questions. I felt a bit high maintenance. This was my very forst electric dog fence and my wife was against it. Our dog was in a board and train and I didn't realize the dog needed to be there for the first appointment. So I had to reschedule and didn't have an exact day we were picking her up. The staff was amazing and during our last site visit I had my wife on speaker phone and Mu answered all her questions. She and I think this was a great investment for our dog. I wish we did it for our last one. Will not hesitate to recommend or use them again. I own a small business and they hit everything out of the park. Great job!
