Can’t think of a bad word to say about Pet Stop. They were extremely responsive and respectful in the ordering process and answered all questions thoroughly. On installation day Bill and Jake were professional and not only great technicians but you could tell they cared about the well being of my dog. They offered tips to keep him safe and worked IN THE RAIN through the woods to get the best placement. I inquired about a pet fence to a few places and Rob got back to me right away. The whole process was very professional and much, much less expensive than a traditional fence that has to be maintained. I was afraid that my 2 Standard Poodles wouldn't use the yard, or would be afraid of the fence, or just sit outside and bark. They LOVE it, and it has taken so much pressure off of me and my husband to have to walk them constantly! My anxious older poodle was pretty scared of it at first, but he is fine now and PetStop was very patient with him. Now if the dogs bark (and they are loud and I work at home) I can just let them outside and they actually stop when they can see the noises they're hearing.
