Great company

This is our second home we had Pet Stop install an invisible fence for us. They are very personable and knowledgeable. The team did a wonderful job installing our fence and the training was excellent. Their dog Bringo was their little worker too and he was so good at his part when it was time to train our dogs with their new collars. Definitely recommend their services!!

We had a fantastic experience with PetStop of Northern New England. Everyone we worked with was great, from the owner, to the installer, and the technicians. Our dogs are doing phenomenal, and have a safe area to run and play. I was very hesitant that our hound would do well, but after following the training guide, she is doing fantastic with no issues.

I got my invisible fence installed in the winter & they are coming back today to dig underground since the ground was frozen. I wanted to wait and give it some time before I left a review because I wanted to see how the dogs would adjust, and I am just as amazed and beyond happy today as I was the first day I had the fence installed. My 1 1/2 year old siberian husky (Loki) and my 3 year old yorki-terrier mix (Winston) are extremely happy to have free roam of the property. My husky stays outside all day long and has become the "neighborhood dog", having walkers stop and play with him all day long. The only downside to having a husky and this fence is they never want to come inside anymore! LOL! We are so extremely happy we went with Pet Stop. Responsive and fixed the broken fence quickly - thank you!

The initial installation two years ago went perfectly and the fence was a success. Pet Stop came out today to fix the damaged fence after my landscapers accidentally cut the wire. It took 15 minutes and the system is back up and running. Thank you Pet Stop!

Went with PetStop for our fence as they were offering the best value for what we needed. First time we ran into anything with the system, they were out to us within a business day of our call and got the problem fixed (local lightning strike tripped the surge protector, great feature that, saved the rest of it). Would recommend them 10 times out of 10

After an install that was clean end professional I had a wonderful follow up tracing with Billy and dog friend .. I appreciate the training and knowledge I received as I now feel confident that I have a tool to keep my dog safe . Great training!

I met with the salesperson, she walked me through the process and answered every question I had, so we decided to go with it. The installation people were prompt, and professional. We followed the training instructions….long story short, our dogs Do Not leave our yard, chase walkers by, etc…. What a fantastic product/program/ service this is. I would recommend this without a doubt!

Can’t think of a bad word to say about Pet Stop. They were extremely responsive and respectful in the ordering process and answered all questions thoroughly. On installation day Bill and Jake were professional and not only great technicians but you could tell they cared about the well being of my dog. They offered tips to keep him safe and worked IN THE RAIN through the woods to get the best placement.
