You do not need to look any further if you are in the market for an electric fence for your pet. Pet Stop has been customer service personified. They walked us through every aspect of training our dog with our electric fence. They followed up as they said they would and always refer to our dog by name when they reach out. Their personal touch combined with genuine dedication to ensuring a positive experience has been beyond commendable. I cannot recommend Pet Stop of New England enough. They have helped make the new (to us) experience of of owning a dog a great one. I was spurred to write this review as our trainer followed up again wanting to know how our puppy, Benson, was progressing with his fence training. He has been doing great and we owe it to Pet Stop for our great experience. Many thanks!!

Fantastic experience, especially since I have a very nervous girl. The gentlemen realized this and made sure to take things very slowly with my pup and respected her personal space to insure she wasn’t too stressed out. It’s clear that they have a lot of experience with dogs.

We have had Pet Stop for our last and current dog. They are so responsive and always helpful. The invisible fence is the best investment we have made for our dog and they did a great job training him with the fence!!!

We have been using PetStop for the past 20 years, and can't recommend them highly enough! They have worked with us to train 2 dogs, in two different homes. They are kind, caring people who want you and your dog to succeed. They have repaired our fence when we accidentally cut it while digging a new garden bed, and then sent us the repair kit to do it ourselves during Covid, when we put in another one. (Very simple and easy to use. Great instructions!)

Our techinicain Brad was on time and throughly explained the quote and what he was going to do. We had damage to the wire and Brad located it quickly and made the repair. Very impressed with the product, service and the tech Brad. Very professional and it shows he takes pride in his work. We love Petstop! My fence got clipped in 4 places from adding a patio and drain pipe in our yard. My dog figured it out and was on the loose. Petstop came out quickly to repair. I even had them change the outline of my invisible fence to something a little different in one spot and it was no problem. My dog is back to safely roaming in her yard and I couldn’t be happier!

They are so responsive any time we have an issue with repairing our fence! The best!
