Shout out to Pet Stop for another seamless and effortless fence installation and training for our new pup Emma! This is our third dog using their services and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had expanded our yard to almost double the size from our past dogs and they worked with our existing equipment when possible and used new when needed. Pricing is excellent as well! They are a true pleasure to work with, from the office to installation crew to Billy for training with his dog Bringo. We now have peace of mind knowing our Emma can safely stay and play in our yard. The entire process was seamless and simple beginning with Terri, to the installation with two quick and helpful technicians, and then later working with Billy on our final training. Pet Stop of NNE went above and beyond for our older pup who had an unrelated unfortunate accident, to ensure he was well taken care of and trained up with his new fence. Not only were they understanding and accommodating in more ways than we anticipated, but they genuinely helped ease our minds about any concerns we had with other dogs by bringing along Bringo, the best trained pup around. 5 stars -- Billy and Alex exceeded expectations and knocked it out of the park with the kind of GREAT customer service that ought to be taught in Small Business 101. They were polite, friendly, and attentive to the "tweaks" I wanted to make - no hidden fees, no "gotchas" -- even made sure I was reminded of some features and settings -- I was DELIGHTED working with them.

We had the pleasure of working with Bill HERRETT for our final training today. Bill is very very good at what he does for a living. He worked with our puppy Sam and I told him today he should be proud of himself because I was amazed at how well my Sam responded to him and his puppy Gringo ! thank you very much we are very happy and so is our puppy Sam

Terry and Billy have been really wonderful to work with! We actually have our cats trained to stay within the pet stop fence that we had Pet Stop install about 10 years ago and it works great! We have 6 acres of land so we had the fence installed with a good amount of roaming territory for our fur babies yet kept it safe away from coyote territory. Recently, my Dad passed and we inherited his furbaby Joey, who is precious to us. Now we have begun the training with him and its going along just fine! I just wanted to send a shout out to Terri and the Pet Stop crew. We have had a fence for about three years and she and the team have always been responsive to every question and request we have had. They worked diligently to ensure that the fence was perfect and our dog was safe. If you are in the market for an electric fence or dog containment I would recommend Pet Stop 100%.

Muharem reinstalled our fence after a move and he was top notch! Very professional and great with all three dogs during the training. He answered all our questions thoroughly. We were very impressed with him and the Pet Stop product as well as the ongoing support they offer.

Absolutely the best decision we ever made for our girl!!! One day she trotted down our driveway, tail wagging, so excited to say hi to a neighbor who was jogging by, and instead of making a new friend, she got hit HARD in the face by this woman’s hand weight, causing her eye to immediately swell completely shut and a very confused and scared puppy to come running sadly back up to our house, whimpering in pain. We were sick to our stomachs thinking she would lose sight in that eye. (Thankfully she did not!) It was that day that we decided that an invisible dog fence was the right thing to do. Pet Stop of Northern New England has always been a fabulous company to deal with. They installed our fence around two acres of property including woods, and buried every inch of the line so it would be more secure. The tech who did the installation also did an awesome job introducing our dog to the fence and training us in the best way to help him get used to the system. When our box was struck by lightning, Pet Stop replaced it promptly, and when we recently experienced our first line break, the tech was able to quickly locate and repair the break. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering an electric fence! You will not be disappointed.

Love Billy! He’s wonderful. They told me on the phone he was great but his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism far surpassed any expectation I could’ve had.
I bought a house with an existing system expecting to have no additional costs. I kind of just listened when the realtor said “this will be perfect for your two dogs.” Knowing nothing I just assumed it would be all copasetic.
Much to my dismay there was only one collar at the home not two. And the board was fried.
Billy had to give me the news that I would be meeting additional costs as there was additional labor and parts needed. I was unhappy. Not at the company but the fact I was just super unaware of the state the fence was left in.
He informed me with no sales pressure whatsoever and was super patient as I made my decision to move forward.

We first had our PetStop fence installed 15 years ago. It outlasted the dog is was installed for. When we got our new puppy PetStop was right there helping us reflag and train our new girl. I want to thank Billy and his dog for doing an amazing job installing and training my 2 GSP dogs. We initially had Wayne come out and do a site evaluation because our yard is challenging. He said it would not be a problem for his installers so we set up date. Billy is a professional and like Wayne said, no problem. I would highly recommend having this system installed. Our dogs are much more happy now and I have since removed our ugly chain link fence. Thank you all at Pet Stop for everything, GREAT JOB!
