Pet Stop of Northern New England has always been a fabulous company to deal with. They installed our fence around two acres of property including woods, and buried every inch of the line so it would be more secure. The tech who did the installation also did an awesome job introducing our dog to the fence and training us in the best way to help him get used to the system. When our box was struck by lightning, Pet Stop replaced it promptly, and when we recently experienced our first line break, the tech was able to quickly locate and repair the break. Love Billy! He’s wonderful. They told me on the phone he was great but his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism far surpassed any expectation I could’ve had.
I bought a house with an existing system expecting to have no additional costs. I kind of just listened when the realtor said “this will be perfect for your two dogs.” Knowing nothing I just assumed it would be all copasetic.
Much to my dismay there was only one collar at the home not two. And the board was fried.
Billy had to give me the news that I would be meeting additional costs as there was additional labor and parts needed. I was unhappy. Not at the company but the fact I was just super unaware of the state the fence was left in.
He informed me with no sales pressure whatsoever and was super patient as I made my decision to move forward.

I want to thank Billy and his dog for doing an amazing job installing and training my 2 GSP dogs. We initially had Wayne come out and do a site evaluation because our yard is challenging. He said it would not be a problem for his installers so we set up date. Billy is a professional and like Wayne said, no problem. I would highly recommend having this system installed. I first learned about Pet stop when I was working in a home and Billy was there installing a pet fence. I was so impressed with him and his dog that I called and scheduled a consultation. My wife and I have owned German Shorthair Pointers for the last 22 years. We recently got a new puppy but we have an 11 yr old too. Our yard is a challenge because of the terrain and was told should be no problem. Wayne was great and learned that he and his wife are also GSP owners. We set up an install with Billy and I want to say that it has been nothing short of perfect. Our dogs are so happy now and my puppy is loving life. We had a the fence for 15 years. After we lost our two pugs due to old age, we got Lou lab mix. Billy came out, reset flags, we chose a collar and he set it to training mode. I can't say enough how happy i am with our new fence! I have two mini schnauzer mix and they can now play outside with no worries. I live on a very busy road and have already lost a cat because of it. Now with this system I can play ball with my dogs and not have to keep them on a line.
