Great customer service! We moved into a house with a fence from another company who weren't available to fix a problem with our system. They came out and repaired the break in our underground wire within two days. Very responsive - communication is excellent!

Cliff and Cathy provided exceptional service from the original quote to the prompt installation! They not only install the electric fence, but took the time to show us how to train our puppy. The app is extremely helpful for training and we appreciate the follow up emails. GREAT company and GREAT people!

Very happy and highly recommend Pet Stop of Central Va! We tried a wireless system and also looked into GPS fences for our 3+ acre yard. This led us to underground wire for its reliability and proven track record. Had two companies come out for a quote and chose Pet Stop because of their customer service. They talked us through options we didn't know were even possible and customized a 2 zone fence layout that has given us flexibility. Their follow-up and training post-purchase has been excellent as well.

Pet Stop is the best in Charlottesville and beyond. We live south of Charlottesville on 5 acres and really needed help creating a fence for our dog that allowed for the front to be seperated from the back yard. Cliff and Cathy helped us design the perfect system that another company failed to be able to provide for us. We also love the handheld device for inside the house training. Our dog is independently enjoying the outside and also loves to hang out with us while we are out with her or doing chores! Customer service is spot on!

Storm a Great Pyrenees and Marshall a German
Shepherd. We wanted to give them about an acre to have to be able to roam and play safely. We all know a Great Pyrenees will roam wherever their noses take them. Storm doesn't even pay attention to where it takes her but she knows when to stop thanks to our invisible fence. Marshall is very protective of his space and his safety as well as others is a top priority. He knows his boundaries. Cliff and Cathy are great. They spent some time walking our property and guiding us on the best placement of the fencing.
We had a faulty charger and they replaced it promptly, no questions asked. The safety of our pets are their top priority. They offer quick assistance when needed and readily available. Best investment with a reputable...

We've had a pet stop installation for over a year now and it has been wonderful and trouble free! The installation and set up were quick and easy. Cliff and Cathy are very easy to work with and very thorough. Our young and very energetic dog enjoy enjoys his roughly two acres of territory. It only took a couple of shocks on the first day for him to learn what the little white marker flags stand for. The only downside (not really) is that the only way he will leave the encircled area is in our car. For a reasonable price, we got a second collar for my son's dog to use when he comes to visit. It is so great to be able to just open the door and let him out and not worry about him straying.

Pet Stop is great. Cliff and Cathy responded very quickly to all my questions. My miniature golden retriever is wild about chasing deer and will pull me over on a leash so the ground wire fence is perfect. It even has a remote on my phone so I can check her for other behaviors like jumping up and barking. And a nightlight on her collar. They were even able to keep her out of the cat box!!! After a 24 hour run away stunt by our one year old dog, we were shook enough to start getting estimates on fencing. Those estimates, unfortunately, were equally shocking so we reached out to Pet Stop of Central VA. Their installation of a underground fence for our dog has been life changing. He has the freedom to run and play within the safe area of our backyard. Pet Stop even took the fencing into the woods and nxt to a stream so he could still explore. Highly, highly recommended. It's a game changer!
