I am very happy with their work. They came out, looked around the house and pointed out where the mice could possibly be getting in. They put the pesticide or whatever they use in a number places. I corrected all the possible entry points and six weeks later the mice were gone.

High praise for Gabriel, a technician at Pest Control Ottawa. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about our challenge. He thoroughly examined the exterior of our home, identified an entry point for our “unwanted visitors”, and plugged the hole. In addition, he suggested other changes to mitigate against future problems. He also conducted a thorough examination of the interior of our home and identified the best places to lay the bait stations. He provided clear explanations about what he was doing and why. When he left I told him that “I felt we had been well looked after!” It’s been 48 hours and we have noticed an improvement. I would definitely recommend Gabriel and Pest Control Ottawa.

Been using this service about 3-4 years now. Each time I use it, it's solid for the problem pest at the time. We've had mice, raccoons and squirrels as part of country living. Glad to call them but hate it at the same time. All part of the process I guess. :)
