All of the five adjectives pointing to good quality of the work apply to my experience with your company. Early this year, I noticed a deliberate attack by mice in my basement: a newly built house! I had a contact, and the company was very responsive and missioned JJ quickly.

And now my experience with JJ: I would like to express my absolute satisfaction with his work. He was very professional, attentive, considerate, and absolutely careful about every detail. I found him very polite and eager to provide all of the information I needed. He considered the social distancing and cleanliness protocols while inspecting every corner of the house: basement to attic. He very professionally found the reason for the attack: the openings between the bricks on the walls that had been left unattended by the builder. He filled all of them, put bite stations around the house. And the result was UNEXPECTEDLY EXCELLENT: No more mice in the next morning!! and up to now (4 months). This has been great!

I have plans to ask JJ have another inspection of the house this spring, and if needed, refill the bite stations.
