Fantastic service, can't recommend highly enough! We had a sudden ant infestation in our kitchen last night. I called and the owner, AJ, calmly talked me through what type of ant it likely was, what they could do to fix the problem and exactly how much it would cost. A technician, Kaylie, came first thing this morning, examined the problem, developed a customized solution for us and got right to work. She was super friendly and professional, took the time to explain the full situation, exactly what she was doing and when we could expect to see a difference. Fellow who came did a good job and solved the problem. At least I hope never to see another bedbug. But it took spraying 4 times instead of what was supposed to be 2 times, getting rid of some furniture and having to put all my clothes through the drier. It was a horrendous experience.
