We had a serious wasp nest in the kids play structure which we weren’t aware of until one of the kids got bitten. We called Pest Control Ottawa and they arrived the next day and took care of a HUGE nest.
Our grandkids were back on the structure within a couple of days and having fun.

Had a mouse/mice hiding out in my car, called from work and they came to my work parking lot and investigated within a few hours. Looked around the car and under the hood for nests, droppings, seemed fairly knowledgeable. They put some poison capsules in strategic places around the vehicle. Maybe it worked or maybe the mouse ran off on its own, but either way the service was great and no more mouse. Price seemed around average, but for quality service I was satisfied.

I heard scratching in my walls. Sounded very large. Turned out to be rodents. These guys came and helped solve my mice problem. The technician was very helpful. He told me that the mice were coming in from foundations. I would use them again. Hopefully I don't have another issue

Gentleman was around 30 late but he was kind polite and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. Answered my questions without making you feel stupid. Price was what was agreed soon with no extras. Positive experience.

They are super fast and efficient. They were at my house the next day after I called them. Did two more rounds of free spraying (guaranteed) within two or three weeks and after that we have seen not a single bug in two months. They are very responsive over the phone and schedule spraying and steam heating appointments right away and answer any questions you have even in the evenings. I highly recommend this company if you are dealing with bed bugs. Don’t forget heat drying and ziplocking ALL your clothing beside having treatment.

Good experience. Would use them again. Had mice in the walls and the poison bait stations worked well and seemed to have eradicated the problem.
