The technician was on time and even texted me to let me know his precise arrival time. He was courteous and professional and quickly addressed the issue. I was extremely happy with the entire experience.

Actual physical bodies were not removed but overall experience was otherwise professional and thorough. Situation was handled and followup was effective. Very good service.

I highly recommend this company. We found a wasp nest in our basement, I started calling around for quotes immediately. I called 3 companies whom I never even heard back from. I called Pest Control Ottawa Inc. at 9PM on wednesday, I was shocked to even get someone on the phone. They gave me reasonable quote and said the soonest they could come was the next day between 11 am and noon, the technician showed up right on time (even texted to say they were 15 minutes away) and were wearing a mask and gloves. I had an issue with two massive wasps nest that had had grown to sizes I just did not feel comfortable with removing myself and only noticed out of nowhere. Pest control came the next day, on a holiday no less and removed it safely with no lingering effects on our home and the wasps never returned. Would recommend.
