Same day service, professional and did a thorough search and spray to cover all areas where hornets were active. Few weeks later company called to see if service was effective. Would recommend and use again.

I had several large ant nests on the property which weren’t too much of a problem until they decided to invade my house. I called and very quickly got an appointment followed by a fast response and professional service. It takes 30 days to kill off nests of this size and did so pretty much to the day. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I had a small wasp/hornet nest forming at my front door and Pest Control Ottawa was the only company that answered my call and sent someone soonest to help rid the problem. The technician was really great and patient with me as I was petrified of getting stung. He sprayed the area, took the nest with him, and even sprayed around other areas at the front of the house to deter other nests popping up. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

Very timely and professional service. We had a small mouse problem and had no further issues after they installed bait boxes. Technician was friendly, professional, and respectful.

Everything was quick, they didn't need to do an inspection, the guy just came in and closed up holes and laid traps. We had two mice and they both turned up dead a few days later.

The quality of the work was good and efficient, but I don't think it was necessary to pay that much money for something that I could have realistically done myself.

The technician did a good job, the company's charges are a bit higher than I was comfortable with.

The technician came when we called and dealt with the squirrel that had been accessing the attic space, found the entry point (that I was unable to find) fixed it and we have had no issues since. Thanks so much for your help!

The guy that came was very professional and knowledgeable. He plugged few wholes outside the house where he suspected that the mouse came in and put 10 baits and the mice disappeared few weeks after.

The service tech put down a specific gel in areas we wanted and the ant frequency dropped dramatically in first couple days and then after 1 month seen just 3 or 4 over a few more months. The product works! We didn't have to call them back. Maybe the company can provide an express kit and allow person to purchase the product so the home owner can eject a little bit when required. I would order this again.
