The service calls either responded to or were returned in a timely manner. The service men who came to set the traps and remove the trapped animals were extremely decent and professional in their interactions with us. We even gave them a little tip a couple of times because we were so pleased with their attitude and how they dealt with us.

So far only three mice found their way into our basement , avoiding the poisoned traps subsequent to trap emplacement.Two of three however displayed blood clotting externally and I suspect that is because they had ingested the trap poison before entering the basement. So far a good result compared to earlier years infestation.

Fantastic company. They did a great job and provided quick service and their team is timely, friendly and knowledgeable. Jerry was able to answer all my questions on the phone before making our appointment and was able to assure me with all his technical knowledge to ensure the treatment would be not only effective but also safe for our dog and cat afterwards. Excellent communication from their technician as well, they were early both times and sent a quick text that they were on their way and with an eta.
