Dylan is the best pest control tech I have ever had. His customer service is great and always goes above and beyond during his service. I had a rat in my garage and he was able to catch it in one night! He always has a smile on his face and answers any questions I have about the bugs at my house. I would recommend him to anyone who needs pest control for their home or business.

Dylan is awesome. He is courteous, polite and thorough. He never rushes through our job. He comes to the front door and asks if we have any problems. He listens and addresses any concerns we have. He does the service and usually comes to the door and tells us how everything looks. He brings the written receipt of his service and always has a nice "Thank You" on it. At other times I've seen him talk to my neighbors to see how they are doing. I couldn't be happier with the service. Seriously, I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than Dylan.

We love the service we are getting. The personal service is a comfort we didn't expect.

Mr. Youngblood arrived at my home on the exact time scheduled for arrival. He was very polite. He covered his shoes with protective covers to protect the floors in my home. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He took care of my ant invasion. Overall I'm very pleased with pest control and the technician and would recommend them to anybody.

Robert C. has been servicing my houses in El Dorado County since 2002. We briefly went to another company and quickly returned back to Pest Control because of your service and more importantly Robert's service to us. Robert has become part of our family as we have gone through just about everything involving pests including chasing down multiple rats that caused significant damage to one of our vehicles, relentless ants looking for water, squirrels in my attic. Robert has been a lifeline when I became a widow after losing my husband and told me what I needed to do to close in my garage and exterior doors from the rats, he gave me solutions that even I could understand and work with. My relationship is with my technician Robert and he is invaluable in my opinion. I would also say however that the office personnel have been very responsive to my inquiries, are always patient and deliver...

Wes was just here and, as usual, did a wonderful job! He always asks if there are any specific problems he needs to take care of for us. He always arrives when scheduled and is very pleasant and professional.

We've used Pest Control Center, Inc. for many years. Employees always arrive on the scheduled day and greet us very courteously and professionally. With each visit they ask if we have any specific concerns they should address. When we needed an extra service they arrived next day to see if they could help. Employees are always good at securely shutting side gates - important for those of us with pets!

Wesley has handled service on our property since we started with Pest Control a few years ago. He has provided consistent service and valuable advice for pest control at an affordable price.

I currently have my own business and truly believe in customer service. Jeremiah Walker has provider top notch service on my property for the Pest Control Center. We had another company provide service for over 15 years and let them go because of the outstanding service I received from Jeremiah Walker. I decided to continue to go with Pest Control Center, because of the Jeremiah Walker. Quality employees are hard find today and I would hope the Pest Control Center knows that having Jeremiah Walker working from them will only provide them more clients in the future. ALSO AWAYS EXPLAINS ANY ISSUES BEFORE COMPLETING THE WORK.

I am the manager of an apartment community with 76 units. We have used Pest Control Center services for many years now. I can honestly say that we are not only happy with the service but with the reliable and trustworthy staff. Our technicians name is Chris. Chris is always there to hear my concerns and answer all my questions. He is easy to communicate with and he does a good job taking care of our community. I am confident that if we have an issue, all I have to do is call Linda at the Pest Control Center office. Linda is always responsive and there to address any issues or questions I have immediately. We are very happy with the service and I recommend them to all.

Connor was an excellent customer service an knew what he was doing as well explain what he was doing to me so i was able to understand how the spray keep the bugs out an he was just overall a great professional person.

I recently ordered a refinance inspection on my home. The inspector, Connor, was right on time and very polite. I was impressed by how well this young man does his job; he was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional the entire appointment. Not to mention the report was in my hands in 2 days as mentioned and I received a twenty dollar discount for paying at the time of inspection! I would definitely recommend Pest Control Center and the inspector, Connor, to my family and friends.
