Our service technician is David. He has been wonderful and has finally after years of annoying gopher and mole problems, we do see an end in sight! David is really interested in getting rid of the problem and has even stopped by quickly when a couple more holes popped up in our front lawn. He is extremely professional and customer oriented and really cares about helping our situation. We are thrilled that you have added him to your team of technicians.

I also want to compliment the girls in customer service. We have been customers for 10 plus years and have never had a conversation with anyone that was not polite, professional and easy to talk to. Robin is the only name that comes to my mind now but she and David are truly assets to your company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used Pest Control Center for about 25 years for bi-monthly service and just recently for a pest inspection and dry rot repairs. Juan V. did the repairs on our house and he was amazing. He took care of everything and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!

We have been customers for a few years. At one time we were with a different and well established company. I had to go buy Raid and take care of the ants myself. Needless to say I went back to Pest Control Center. They have always responded quickly, even on a Saturday at no additional charge. Our tech today (Eric Avelar) arrived promptly at 9:00am and took care of our interior ant situation and treated the yard. Very professional and a dog lover. Won’t put things where pets or kids can access. Very pleased and somewhat embarrassed as I was still in my PJ’s.

PCC representative Eric Avelar analyzed our rodent situation, which two other companies had attempted to treat. Eric pointed out that to solace the problem would probably require a total reroofing of the house, and the best way, short off that, was to trim trees back even further than I had already done. He also went immediately to the air conditioning condenser and found a near ground entry on a line that goes into the attic and filled it. Having studied the problem myself, I am convinced that he was being the most honest and realistic of the people top look the problem. I highly recommend this company and Eric.

First and foremost I would like to thank Sun Wood in the pest department. I had to cancel two times at no fault of Suns. She was very nice and accommodatiing.
I was a nervous over the whole thing having to cancel and she just to me things like this happen and we will just reschedule and it will all work out. She is great!!!!
