The windows washers came earlier than predicted so I was not able to do an inspection with them onsite. I have subsequently spoken with them and they agreed to return and rewash one of the windows that wasn't properly cleaned the first time. All of the other windows were cleaned to my satisfaction. When they came back they also touched up all of the windows that were affected by the storm of Saturday May 28 which was not their fault at all. Four times a year I have PWC do their 6 point home detailing process on my home. The way I look at it, people spend a ton of money to have their cars detailed and a car only costs a fraction of what a house does. You should definitely give your house the same level of care. I had my windows done professionally for the first time by Performance Window Cleaning. They did such an excellent job. Everything was perfect when they were finished. They came about 1.5 hr late, but the office did call to inform me prior to. The cleaning on the outside was done with a special spray nozzle so it doesn’t make the windows as clean as hand squeegee.
I got the interior cleaning as well. The first time it was not done properly, and they had to come back a 2nd time to finish the job. The 2nd time was better, but there was still pockets of pockets of dirt on the sashes, frames etc.
I don’t feel the value was very good overall. It was $500 for inside/outside and when I saw the final product it is not something I would buy again. Read more >
