We had Kenny and Sam in to clean our windows, framing, siding and eaves troughs. We also had a spray done. While I cannot speak to the spider spray, our windows are looking lovely. They were very communicative and gave us feedback on everything maintenance-wise. They had us check the window frames to ensure we were satisfied with the end results. Unfortunately I have not been impressed by your service overall. The job was completely satisfactorily, but the service has been lacking.

Specifically, the workers were running late, and rushed, and they were not respectful of my neighbors property, causing some personal friction with my neighbor. They splashed dirt from the eaves on the neighbor's property, used the leaf blower to clean up the mess by blowing the leaves directly onto the neighbors property, and left a hose running and created a large puddle in the neighbors lawn.

In addition, your email invoice arrived at 8:30am this morning, followed by a threatening reminder to pay the invoice at 9:10am, quote: "To date we have not received payment and as our terms state, payment is due immediately upon completion of service."

TL;DR Work was "done" in the loosest interpretation of the word. Hugely disappointed compared to the first time we hired them, not worth the price in the least.

This was our second time hiring Performance Window Cleaning and the experience unfortunately paled in comparison to the first. The company was hired for Interior / Exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning. On the positive side, the team arrived on time and completed the work quickly (though maybe too quickly as a job estimated to take 5 hours was completed in 2 and a half). A special mention to the trainee, Kenny, who showed more professionalism and rigor than his trainer. On the negative side, the team demonstrated poor planning for the gutter cleaning (went from the bottom-up rather than top-down, causing waste from the top gutters to fall into the ones that were already cleaned) and the gutter... We had our windows cleaned (very late in the season) and we are thrilled with the results. Performance Window Cleaning did an amazing job despite the cold weather and unfavourable working conditions. I did notice one frame that was missed a few days later and called them up and Brock had somebody come out that afternoon. I find this very rare as most companies are not usually very responsive once they have your money and have completed the job. This probably impressed me the most and shows that they stand behind their work.
