I had them out to clean my son's rooms. There were many, unknown spots. I wasn't sure they'd come out and had figured I'd need to replace the carpets. I found them to be very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Friiends wanted me to tell them how well they did. I texted her pictures of the before and after. The spots are gone! It looks great! I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.
