Perfect Pear Roof & Exterior Cleaning

We have had them out previously and they worked a miracle on very old very soiled carpet, so we had them out again to clean up a carpet in a well “loved” child’s room and 2 other high traffic bedroom floors. The floors look fantastic. Deland was prompt and offered a hassle free no pressure quote, Jade was professional and polite! She was so quiet we almost didn’t know she was there. 10/10. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Just had Deland and Fred come by to clean my tile floors grout and seal. Very professional from the beginning. Came by for a bid at the agreed to time. That very day I received a quote via email. They offer a list of cleaning services. Our focus was floors. We bought our home 5 years ago and I was not happy with how dirty the home was when I moved in. The tile was Next on my list. Regular mopping wasn’t improving the appearance. I had a cleaning scheduled between 1 to 2pm. I have worked with contractors for years. I figured they would arrive by 4. They called to clear an earlier time - they were 2 hours early!

Good job but strangest post card advertisement ever received. All the singers and the brother comment. It was a lot of effort to not even put exactly what your comapny does. I thought it was maid service. Nice man and very good company I was just confused by postcard. Thank you.

I have hired Perfect Pear Home Pros in the past to clean tile and grout and turned to them once again. The owner, Deland, is very professional and knowledgeable regarding carpet fabrics and proper cleaning products to remove stains, everything from wine to sick doggie messes. He and his assistant Fred vacuumed, treated, and cleaned the carpets in 6 rooms in about 2 hrs. Our 8 year old wall-to-wall carpeting looks absolutely amazing! I am so pleased with the results that I asked to be placed on their yearly reminder list. You can’t go wrong when you call an expert.

This is the second time we have used this company to spray our roof, sidewalks and driveway. The customer service is excellent, we had some tough spots on our roof and Deland (the owner) came back and took care of it. I highly recommend this company to anyone to clean their roofs and sidewalks. I know they offer other services as well. Check them out you won't be sorry!

I had my carpets cleaned by another company with poor results. Had heard about Perfect Pear Home Pros and looked them up. After reading reviews decided to call. Told them about my experience and was surprised when they said yes to trying to fix. I did not have high expectations. They scheduled me right away and, within an hour of their arrival, you could already see a difference. Impressed doesn't feel like a strong enough word. I have already asked for quotes on a few more of the many services they provide. Definitely want to use again! Side note: Its not worth trying to save money if you end up paying for the same job twice.

They did a great job cleaning my carpet! My husband had made a few stains, including syrup, and some were preexisting when we bought our house but the carpet looks spotless now! Only one guy came so I'm sure he could've used some help, but he did a great job! It was pretty close to what I was quoted, a little more so I excluded the stairs and decided I'd just clean those myself. Still cheaper than Stanley steemer would've been. And their great reviews is what led me to them! I would use them again in the future, but hopefully we can keep up with stains and not need to get it cleaned again. Thanks guys!

We just had all of our chairs, couches and rugs cleaned and protected by Perfect Pear. This was no small job!

Deland is very knowledgeable about how to get stains out of each individual fabric, as well as how to protect it. He also knew how to prevent our marble in our shower from yellowing and was able to protect it so that it wouldn't get worse.

When we moved here, the moving truck went through a storm so a couple of the rugs were filthy and yellowed. Perfect Pear was able to get all the stains out and the rug looks perfect again!
