I had strawberry milk stains in my carpet and with vomit and the team came out and worked hard to extract the stains and instructed me how to clean future stains. Extremely professional and punctual.

We could not have been happier with the work Fred and Randy did on our tile floor and quartzite countertops. We have been looking at dirty grout for years...now our floor looks brand new! We have a nineteen year old home with tile and grout showing it’s age. Perfect Pear came in and did a treatment on our slate tile on floor, shower and walls. Now it looks brand new. In addition, they cleaned the porcelain tile in our living room and kitchen. They then used a grout stain and seal product in the grout. It’s amazing, with the grout all the same color it too looks brand new. They were very professional.

After several months of major renovations my family room was ready to be put back together. My newly cleaned rug and furniture were placed back in the room. The rug is oversized and the furniture is extremely heavy. Perfect Pear did a fantastic job of putting it all back where it belonged, asking me many times if I was happy with the placement and willing to make adjustments of even a half of an inch to make me happy.

THE place for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning (and more, but don’t have personal experience in the other areas). They will come back as many times as needed to make sure everything is done properly. I have personal experience with this. They were unsure of the type of leather for one of my chairs that they were to clean. The big man himself Deland came back to check and ended up cleaning it himself. And answers any and all questions, explains things so you understand, and all at a very reasonable price. Just a great company and also very hard working, pleasant employees.

I have had such negative experiences with having my carpets cleaned previously that I delayed it as long as I could. I feared it wouldn't even be possible to get them completely clean. However, Randy and Fred worked their magic, even on dog urine stains, and my carpets look great! I am so thankful that I finally found a company I can trust to do a great job.
