I called pep solar to get an estimate on removing my solar panels and putting them back on after my roof was redone and never got a call back or quote or anything they just blew me off

I have been a Pep Solar customer for over 10 years. During my install they were great and anytime I call with questions they are happy to help out with most issues or questions answered while on the phone.

These days it is impossible to get anyone to call you back let alone show up to do the work. The techs and staff at PEP Solar are on top of things and are great at getting back to me on phone calls and messages. They show up when scheduled and go out of their way to stay on top of the electric company and county to get my solar up and running as soon as possible.

I can't say anything bad about pep solar. The only bad part is the permit process and that's not their fault. Between paying for the solar panels and the connection fee to the grid we save tons of money. 100% happy about going solar.

PepSolar was very friendly and thorough. They took the time to find out what we wanted to accomplish with our system. We discussed budget, current and potential future electricity usage.
They reviewed our goals and then gave us several options as to the style of the system. Which included the number of panels, pattern, and placement of the panels either on the ground or on the roof. Also with or without batteries, the number of batteries, and the placement of the batteries.
Due to the weather, as well as the permit submissions, reviews, inspections, and approvals process; it took longer than inspected to get our system up and running.
However once PepSolar started our installation, they finished our project before moving on and starting someone else's project.

Pep Solar is professional, extremely knowledgeable, they install 15.6 kw on my roof, without any problems, they work with me to
make the filing deadlines of APS. the system has performed flawlessly for four plus years, recently one Solar Edge inverter went bad, they called the company and had a new one installed quickly and efficiently. This is what I want from a solar provider,

Pep did an amazing job. Our project was bigger than most, I wanted a covered "parking lot" sized solar panel in our back pasture. Our zoning was different than normal and it required a lot of hoops to jump through. They nailed it. Everything is up and running. Sunny days and free electricity.

My husband and I wanted to have not only great solar but also outstanding customer support. At the end of the day if the installers and customer support are no good then what good is the product. We had the pleasure of meeting over time the owners Shaun and Bonnie. They treat us as family and they were never more then one phone call for any questions that we had. They went to bat for us in dealing with SRP(local electrical) when things went really bad due to internal conflicts at SRP. Shaun and Bonnie kept us constantly informed via email and phone calls . I can't stress how much that kept us worried free knowing they had our backs. My husband worked with the crew and he said they were such professionals, making sure to answered any questions that we might have. They were genuinely happy doing their job and their works shows it. I wanted to install solar at my new home and one name that kept popping up was PEP Solar. They worked diligently with my general contractor. We had many setbacks to navigate through. Even when there was a problem with local electric company, Shaun, Bonnie and team continued helping us and fixed the issue. The electric company elevated them to Preferred Installer status when they saw their work. Very friendly and professional workers. From the first phone call, my husband and I felt Pep Solar was a company to go with. Their prices were competitive and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The first time they came out they were on time, efficient and explained the whole process. We had to get a new electric panel and they matched our exterior paint perfectly. We interviewed several solar companies before settling on PEP. Very happy with the system overall. We've only been online with it for a couple weeks. From the salesman to the guys who did the actual install, very pleased. They took the time to explain the whole process and even painted the conduit. Very professional throughout. I've had my panels for a few years now and am very pleased with their performance. Pep solar has been very attentive to my needs over the years. When ever I had issues they were able to rectify the problem efficiently and effectively.
