Our inverter died. We had some other company come and test but never get back to us about how to proceed. PEP solar could deal with this over the phone , got us an almost drop in replacement inverter which was also reduced in price. The installer came very punctual, was friendly and performed a clean replacement. Even with reshaping some conduit pipes it took him about an hour and half only to get our solar arrays running.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable, very open and answering any questions and just getting our system online. Same day, we already produced more energy then we consumed and got APS credits. PEP solar is our new partner for anything solar. Thank you guys!!

It’ was refreshing to find a kind, helpful and totally random person who could help me with my research over the phone and totally unexpected. PEP Solar customer service was very helpful to me. I mean really the guy did not have what I needed but he didn’t just hang up he listened and provided me with a solution using the Google search and emailed me the information. I had purchased my solar panels from Signature Solar in 2023. Started looking for an installer and was hitting a brick wall.
Googled Solar removal and install and PEP SOLAR came up.
I called and was given an appointment within a few days with Dallas, who was very kind and understanding about the bad experiences I had previously with another private party who was supposed to install. Dallas helped me to get a price that I could live with and afford for installation.
It took a little time for Permits but over all the process went smooth and efficiently!
The work crew was amazing. Respectful of my property, clean, prompt and helpful. Jason, Mike and another man were here. They did everything they said they’d do and thought of everything!

I was pleased with the quick response for the reinstallation of my solar panels due to a roof replacement. Your tech Mike made sure the tracking system (Envoy) was up and running. I recently hired Pep Solar to install a Powerwall 3 and additional panels to my already existing solar system. My experience with Pep Solar has been great. What I did not expect was how lengthy the process was to acquire the permit through the City of Peoria. Although, the City seemed to drag their feet, Pep Solar worked hard on my behalf to get the permit required for installation. Bonnie and Sean were both helpful and available throughout the process to answer any questions and to consider any ideas I had to expedite the permit process. Although, the permit was granted by the City during the Holidays, Mike and Jason were at my house the following day for install. They showed great attention to detail and true professionalism while answering any and all questions that we had. The system is up and running and we could not be any happier! Thank you Pep Solar!

The installation was super fast and the installer was great. The problem was the lack of communication. The pannels were suppose to be instaled the end of last year but due to errors made in the application that needs to be submitted to SRP the project was delayed until this year. During that time nobody contacted me to let me know what the issue was with SRP the only reason I found out was because of the emails I was getting from SRP. Once that was approved I didn't hear anything about the status of my project until I called and was told that the problem now was that the city was not responding about the application. Once that was approved the rest was smooth sailing.

This was a very complicated process and I was very pleased with the efforts made by Goran as he helped me work through the issues and obstacles we encountered and were able to overcome.

PEP Solar installed an excellent system. They were very thorough from planning and design down to the final installation detail. All of the work was performed professionally and in a very neat and organized manner. PEP Solar was instrumental in breaking through the myriad of requirements to be met for gaining approval from the city permitting department and the power company that serves our area.

The install team headed by Mike, along with Jason and Doug, performed their tasks with care and perfection. Goran, the customer service rep, maintained constant contact throughout the process and responded to inquiries usually within minutes of us contacting him.

All-in, we are extremely satisfied with the equipment, installation, workmanship and genuine customer service provided by PEP Solar.

A huge thanks to Pep Solar, Goran (project manager), and Doug (technician). My under warranty Tesla Inverter failed. My original installer, SunUp America, appears to have disappeared off the face of the planet or gone out of business. After calling dozens of solar companies and many conversations with Tesla, Pep Solar was able to perform the warranty work. Goran had Doug deployed to my home faster than expected. Doug troubleshot the issue. At the surface it appeared to be a simple a tripped breaker. Doug’s deeper dive into what caused the issues determined that the onboard fan in the inverter had failed. After reviewing the issue with Tesla, a RMA was issued. Doug let me know it would be 2 to 3 weeks to obtain and then replace the inverter. To my surprise, 10 days after Doug’s initial visit, he was back out with the new inverter. He quickly had the new inverter installed and labeled...

Mike was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining solar 101 to me during our home buying inspection. He told me which questions to ask seller and went out of his way to call Enphase to check on last read of the system since internet had been disconnected. Great customer service, thanks!!

When I first called I spoke to Goran. He was very polite and helpful and got a crew out the next morning. The Forman was Mike he was very helpful explained everything and said the crew would stay til it was fixed. It took more than 1 day but Mike and the crew worked every day til my solar was up and then Mike and Goran worked with solar edge to get the monitoring up and running then called me everyday til I was connected so I could monitor my solar also. Great company took extra care of me and continue to be available to me. Superb customer service !!!!! I will be with them from now on ! Superior Company fulfilled everything promised at a great price. I am a life customer.

PEP solar was the only provider we could find in the area who offered a heat pump and solar design we were looking for. The pre-work and install was pretty painless. We were impressed how quickly PEP moved, they were able to get the heat pump installed within a few weeks of us first reaching out to them. PEP will file for the permits needed and once everything is approved it only takes a day or two for the equipment to be installed.

We had a minor issue with our pool system once this was installed, mainly due to pressure but was easily corrected. Pep Solar stepped in and helped us navigate the issue and took care of us as a customer.

The heat pump will now allow us to use the pool year round. If you are looking for a heating option for the winter months in AZ, I would strongly recommend you look into this.
