Being seniors,we had a lot of difficulty lifting the 5 gallon bottles and local stores rarely carry them..Penn Ohio has our much needed 3 gallon bottles so we are very happy and service is great..always get a text from them first to see what is needed and we are not contracted to have to get so many a month..just get our three 3gallon bottles as needed( they don't deliver less than three items) but it works out great for us since we only use about 1 or 1 1/2 bottles a month..highly recommend them!!
