The Library Director, Trustees, and I wanted to have a clean, safe asbestos-free basement for a library rental property. We found Peniel Environmental to be cost-effective as well as thorough . When we asked Peniel if they could take some old asbestos linoleum from the attic, they did so - and swept the entire area - at no extra charge. The job was done very well and professionally. I was most impressed by the amount of dirt removed; the old asbestos had been pulverized into some of the dirt floors and Peniel removed it all. I would recommend Peniel because of their good attitude and work ethic. I wish there were more companies like Peniel who show up on time and complete the job. We are very satisfied customers.

And, as far as I can tell, they won't be able to return thanks to the dehumidifier in the basement.
