Both teams that came out were very professional friendly and willing to help as much as they could, was a long process the drying was being stubborn, but they made sure that it dried properly for no mold to grow. Found out we might have a potential mold issue. Barry arrived in a couple of days, all work completed within 3-days. On-site workers courteous and explained what would happen. Clean up after work was very good. Hope I never need to but would call these folks first if a need ever arises again.

I highly recommend Peniel Environmental. Granted if you have to use these guys it's under less than desirable conditions. However they were professional and very informative. They treated my house and belongings with respect and communicated everything to me very frequently. I had a very bad week with the damages that happened to my house but Peniel Environmental’s quick actions saved numerous water-damaged areas of my house. I'm hoping I never need them again but would absolutely use them again.
