I'm so glad we worked with Peace Frog to get our carpets cleaned. Our over 20 year-old wool carpets have seen tons of tenants come and go. They were stained, dirty, and smelly. Leah and Jason were wonderful to talk with on the phone as I got our cleaning scheduled and had follow-up questions. I loved the company videos telling the story of Peace Frog's founding and showing the team gathered together. Barry, our technician, was professional, friendly, and super efficient. I trust Peace Frog to work on any peace of my house. I have used them multiple times. Each individual I have spoken to has been polite, professional, and excellent. I love their use of natural products because I can qbsolutely tell a difference between their final product and another company’s. I prefer a clean, non-toxic finish as I am too sensitive to the fumes of the normal chemical concoction other companies use. There are many variables I sort through before choosing to continue using the same company and Peace Frog has hit the mark on every criteria. I check reviews too, and I wanted to save other Type A people some time, and tell you to go ahead and say yes to Peace Frog. They have removed many a stains from my house.

Super happy with the service and Matt was awesome! When I opened the door a spider came in and when he couldn’t shoo it out he picked it up by hand. My hero! Ha ha. He was super nice, extremely fast and on time. Oh and the carpet that my jerk cat decided to pee on smells 1000 times better. Will definitely use again!

Technician was very nice and it’s was easy to schedule service. The cleaning job was a little “meh”. The area rugs were much cleaner than they were before, but not as clean smelling as I expected them to be after a professional cleaning.
On a similar note, I understand that there’s no guarantee of pet stain removal, however, there was one area on my rug with a cat urine stain and I’ve cleaned it previously with fairly good results save for a slight scent. I had hoped that last vestige of scent would go away with a professional cleaning, but sadly it is exactly the same as before.
The other feedback I’d like to give was that our technician didn’t check our dryer vent to see if it needed cleaning and also didn’t do a walk through with me prior to packing everything up. There were a few areas that were missed that I would have had him go over.
All in all, good...
