Selecting PDX Renovations to purchase my home was the best decision ever! From the first phone conversation with Matthew to the visit to my home and evaluation with Chris took only a few days and I received an offer within the hour! Of course, I accepted! It was a fair offer and I could feel the weight of working with real estate agents and making repairs drop away. Such a relief. The very next week, Stephanie arranged for visits for photos to create a 3-D image of my house and for the sewer scope. At the same time, Sheila Schwartz and her team at WFG National Title Insurance Company contacted me to begin work on the title report. The title was cleared in record time! I look forward to finishing the process and closing in July. Everyone has been so helpful, professional and genuinely nice. My thanks to all!
