My first experience with ReadySetMaids has been wonderful from start to finish. I recently contacted them by phone and had excellent customer service from GABY, who answered all of my many questions. I knew immediately that ReadySetMaids is a well-organized company, so I wanted to set up the cleaning appointment then. GABY did it and was super patient while helping me over the phone. Today I had my 3-hour condo cleaning with SANDRA. She was punctual, personable, and professional. SANDRA was very detailed and made my unit look like new. Now I can feel comfortable inviting guests into my home.

I highly recommend Ready Set Maids. What I appreciate most is the consistency—the same person, reliable quality, and clear expectations on what’s included each time. The setup is seamless, with automatic scheduling and payments, so there’s nothing to manage week to week, and the pricing is very reasonable with their multi-week discounts.

Their customer service is also excellent—responsive, quick, and accommodating. After more than a year of service, I’m very happy to continue.

We hired Ready Set Maids for our move-out cleaning and I can honestly say it was the best cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. There were three cleaners and they actually arrived about 20 minutes early while we were still loading the U-Haul. I was worried that might be a problem, but they immediately got to work and were incredibly professional and efficient from the start. The house needed a thorough top-to-bottom reset after a hectic move, and they completely transformed it. They handled every detail - floors, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen, and all the little areas you don’t even think about, and left the home looking spotless. During our final walkthrough, our landlord repeatedly complimented how incredible the cleaning job was and I told him it was all Ready Set Maids. I just got tired of living in a mess, two kids two kids and my wife and I we try our best but we can only do so much. Ruth came by the other day and absolutely blew me away with her work. It’s a tough job and she sure knows what she is doing. I’ll be having her come by more often now and to help with some of the places she couldn’t get the first time. First, I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the team. My service was scheduled quickly, the price was provided during the request process, and the company called quickly to confirm details. I also appreciate the service agreement. Second, the cleaning service so far has been phenomenal. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail, and my house is already starting to feel more like a home. I would like to say that my experience today with Ready Set Maids was exceptionally well., Maria Delatore was assigned to clean a house for my self and associates, which was a challenging job. Maria Delatore left the home shining like a new diamond. She with out a doubt represented Ready maids 100% I will call again .

Have been using RSM since 2024 and have really enjoyed their professionalism, customer service, and cleaning specialists. On the customer support side, Maria and Eileen are always so lovely on the phone and accommodating of my changing schedules, which I appreciate immensely and is the top reason I stay with this company. They're responsive, kind, care about your satisfaction with the service, and are always on time.

As for the cleaners, I have Thalia right now who is a gem! She's so kind, funny, personable, and does a fantastic job. She sweeps through my roughly 3600sqft with grace, silence, and skill. She even helps get cobwebs off high ceiling fans--above and beyond! I've had a number of their cleaning staff come through (including Mariela, Yselda, Esmerelda) and I've never been disappointed with any of them.
