Welp, after many years of talking about getting a cleaner, my husband caved. We got a cleaner. As a military family, we have generally gotten move out cleaners or move-in cleaners and at this point I don’t think anything has truly impressed me. Usually we just went with who was available the quickest.

We are now retired and bought a house 5 months ago. We wanted to start the “find a cleaner” process. I did some research and stumbled upon, Paragon Cleaning. The first thing that stood out was the communication. They always responded, they were patient as well. I can be hard to get a hold of due to working in a school with no service unless my phone sits against the window. They were so patient as I was trying to set the process up. Aubrey, Sunshine, and Felicia deep cleaned our home and did a wonderful job. We have kids, so surfaces get grimey and gross fast, especially the kids bathroom, but now it's stunning. And when I noticed they missed a bit of well camouflaged food stuck on the kitchen floor (because kids), Aubrey came back within hours (with a smile) and redid the floors and didn't miss a thing. They were so gracious and friendly to my kids who were curiously following them around and talking to them the whole time. Aubrey even had little Halloween goodie bags for the kids which they loved. Joshua and Jackie did a fantastic job cleaning our property. We are selling the house and needed a good deep cleaning. Aubrey does a great job and I like that it is always her that comes to clean. I feel very comfortable with her and I feel like we are building a relationship where she knows what areas are most important to me when cleaning. I also like that I am able to know who it is I am tipping when I tip. It's nice too, when she runs late at the end of the day and needs some help, she can call a team member to help her finish up. I absolutely love what Paragon Cleaning stands for. They do amazing work, especially my specialist Holly, who always ensures a job well done. She goes above and beyond to make my home feel nice again, which is great after a long hard day of work or when I just can’t get to it myself. Kendra was wonderful. She is professional and thorough and has an attention to detail. I wasn't expecting her to clean my walls. She even cleaned where the wall attaches to the ceiling!
