Dr. Palmer is fantastic! I was seen the day after my car accident and he was very thorough when I went to my first appointment. He made sure to ask how I was feeling each time I came in so if there was a certain area of my back that needed more attention that he would make sure I left his office feeling better in that area. This chiropractic became like my second family! I came in due to a car accident and was scared and very uncomfortable. They were so amazing and friendly! The receptionist ( I forgot her name ) was incredible! Every time I came in to see the doctor she had a bright smile waiting. She made scheduling so easy and helped me when I didn’t know my own work schedule. The chiropractor was very sweet and helpful in explaining everything to me. Palmer has a great sense of humor and explained everything and made sure I left feeling better than when I came in. I wish I could give more than five stars! We’ve been going to Palmer Chiropractic for years. Dr Palmer is very friendly and knowledgeable, he goes over and above to help his patience.
For example, I needed a MRI, my insurance company wanted me to wait 3 months before they would approve it. Saw Dr. Palmer today, my first visit ever to a Chiropractor. He was informative, knowledgeable, gentle and eased my nervousness. I was seen for a rib injury causing severe back pain and I will say that after just one visit the pain in my back is not as significant as it was, maybe because I feel more relaxed. I'm going to back to see him in 2 more days to continue working on the injury. Very hopeful and trusting in his plan of treatment and excited to finally be rid of this pain.
