P3 did an excellent job cleaning lichen moss and lichen from my roof and algae from a north-facing wall. The owner was prompt in providing a quote and scheduling the job, and the crew arrived on time and was friendly and professional. They were thorough and careful of the decking and flora around my house.

Wonderful work being soft washing, pressure washing and painting. Marc and his crew do a consistently great job, communication is wonderful and pricing is competitive and fair.

House, totally clean. Deck, it want look new again, only organic or inorganic stains could be removed from the board surface.
