I moved from NC to FL. The price was reasonable. The office staff was friendly and easy to work with.
The two guys that actually loaded / unloaded the truck were very professional and went above and beyond to help arrange furniture.

Called and they had an appt within 1 week. They were upfront about pricing and policies and when it came time for the move they were pretty much on time and the 3 movers who came were fast and careful with our things. They wrapped and packed everything in the truck so perfectly as if the move was hundreds of miles and not less than .5 mile! All items were placed in our room of choice and they unwrapped, placed and cleaned up afterwards! Pricing was spot on-no hidden extras and they didn’t drag their feet to up the move time. Recently we moved my elderly brother in law from Cary, NC to Ohio. What could have been an extremely stressful situation, was made much easier by this company and the two movers assigned to this job.
Marquis and Ethan were efficient and careful with the furnishings and boxes they delivered. They were trained well by all standards your company would desire them to have and display.
However, and this is a BIG however…the kindness they displayed in what could only be described as a very stressful situation, was outstanding. Marquis and Ethan led with their compassionate hearts. They displayed a sense of humor when I needed it, they offered shoulders to lean on as well. Both of these young men need to be commended by your company. I couldn’t help but hug them both before they left.

The two movers were excellent. Efficient. They knew their stuff. Our furniture is heavy real wood furniture and they moved it like it was weightless. I told them they made it look soo easy. They told me it was all strategy. They hustled too. No messing around. Always worry when paying by the hour but they were done thirty minures before our quoted time. They quickly removed our couch and delivered to the new house with no issues. They didn't call me like they said they would to let me know they were on the way, so they seemed upset at first. I also wanted the treadmill removed but they wouldn't move it because they said it should've been taken apart first. If I knew this I would have taken it apart ahead of time for them, but no worries since I wasn't charged for it. Read more >
