Today/Thursday was excellent because Shawna (scheduler) and Vincent (warehouse) worked together to correct a huge mistake made by the Monday/Day 1 moving team. Several oversized boxes were left in an unsecured place on the WRONG floor and never loaded onto the truck. I had no way of knowing the team did not complete the job. A neighbor notified my apartment manager the following day/Day 2. As soon as I was notified on Day 3, I notified Shawna. This morning/Day 4, Vincent arrived to move the boxes and rearrange the storage unit so they would fit in better. This would be a #2 rating without Shawna and Vincent. I know my belongings could have easily been stolen so I’m extremely thankful to live in an apartment complex with great neighbors! Read more >
