OX CAR CARE – BEWARE!

I feel completely robbed by Ox Car Care. After months of trying to get a refund, I’ve received nothing. I canceled my policy well after speaking with their representatives, who assured me I’d still be eligible for a refund after the 30-day window. I followed every instruction, even sent a formal cancellation email, and waited patiently. But I was misled.

Today, I just got off the phone with them again—same runaround, no resolution. Bottom line: they took my money and gave me nothing in return. No coverage, no refund, no integrity.

BUYER BEWARE — Ox Car Care is not to be trusted. Take it from someone who lived through it. Save yourself the headache and the financial loss. Run the other way.
